The technical details:

1. The plot of land on which the house is located is in the northern part of the island of Cyprus, in an exposed position on the boundary of the village of Çatalköy – about 5 km to the east of the district town and seaport of Girne (Kyrenia). The house can be lived in or rented by the owner (see here for house details).

2. The number of entries is limited to 6999. Every participant therefore has an absolutely realistic change of really winning the property (in contrast, the chance of winning the "6 of 49" + super number lottery in Germany is 1 : 139,000,000).

3. You will then immediately receive a confirmation of your registration from the trustee by email, stating your registration number. This letter of confirmation also includes the request to pay the entry fee according to the number of tickets you have ordered. See here for details.

4. Payment is then made immediately by transfer from your bank to the trust account, stating your registration number. See here for details.

5. After the payment has arrived on the trust account, a confirmation of receipt will be sent to you by the trustee together with a confirmation of your registration number.

6. The draw will be held within one month as soon as all 6999 tickets have been issued, but at the latest one year after the start of the raffle.
